Meditation is a completely natural process of relaxation and contemplation that makes our lives better.
This is not the first time I'm talking about meditation, if you want to learn how to meditate you can follow THIS LINK.
Anyways - I'm not going to be talking about meditation techniques this time. Instead, I'll be talking about the benefits a meditation practice can bring to your life.
Contrary to popular belief, meditation is not only a healthy spiritual exercise. Almost everyone when they think of meditation they think of monks, Buddhists and similar. But what I'm trying to say is that meditation isn't just that, a way to enrich your soul, a way to contemplate, rethink, relax... It's also a way to make your body much much healthier.
The main thing a person needs to know about meditation is that it doesn't let stress anywhere near you, and compensates the stress buildup you already have in your system.
Anyways, to cut things short, here's a list of benefits:
Physical benefits:

- Improved flexibility and range of motion
- Toning of the muscles
- More oxygen in your blood
- Less toxins in your system
- Immune system gets stronger
- Metabolism is stronger
- Lowered and normal heart rate
- Improved breathing
- Better brain functions
Mental benefits:
- Instant relaxation
- Concentration
- More creativity
- Awareness
- Improvement of studying and remembering things
- No depression
- More emotional stability
- More vitality in general
Other benefits:
- Better time control
- Greater productivity
- Learning more in less time
- There is always more...
